Santa Rosa Community Health - Caritas Campus

The Brookwood Campus serves people experiencing homelessness and people who need drop-in appointments.

Walk-in appointments are available during the hours listed below. We check in patients on a first-come, first-served basis. If you arrive at check-in time, we can usually see you the same day. Check-in time starts at 8:15 AM and again at 1:15 PM. If we can’t see you that day, we’ll give you an alternate appointment time. If you prefer to schedule an appointment, you can walk in to schedule an appointment for later, or call the health center at 707-583-8700.
