Innovative Business Solutions, Inc. was established in 1991 by Dave Tieken and Bob Reynolds. Innovative has been providing Payroll, Human Resources, Time & Attendance, and Scheduling solutions to businesses for over 30 years. Innovative Business Solutions has experience working with any size company and industry, servicing over 1,000 employers throughout the greater North Bay Area and beyond.
